Leaking brake fluid consistent w/ brake actuator problem?

Hey everyone,

I have a third generation 2012 Prius with 90,000 miles on it. Last night, I started experiencing problems with the brakes, specifically with a hissing sound whenever the brake was pressed.

I did some research and realized that this could be the brake actuator issue that other owners are reporting. Fortunately, mine would be covered under the warranty. I noticed this morning when I was calling AAA that there was brake fluid on the ground under my car.

I'm concerned that this might not be covered under warranty. Can anyone confirm whether or not leaking brake fluid falls under this issue? Thanks
