Two questions:
A. magic hidden key?
B. drawer under center console?

Are these both gen II things? Do they apply to the 2012 model I just got?
I am working my way through the owners manual, so I just might not have gotten to these things yet....

The GII has a "hidden" drawer at the bottom front of the console. Hidden as in nobody would think it was there.

 

Whew. I thought I was the only one.

And to the OP, I'm kinda glad you brought this up as some people probably didn't know it, and if I was one of those people, I'd be very happy. I read the owner's manual cover to cover, and I still forget stuff.

Just purchased a 2012 (5) and haven't even scratched the surface on some of the stuff it has. Thought I knew everything on our 2008(2), but just learned something new by reading this thread. Toyota really packs the stuff in there!

Oh yea - the owner's manual - Put me to sleep the other night trying to figure out how to set the calendar on the 2012, not to mention the price per gallon on gas. Maybe I'll figure out the gen 3 when the gen 4 is released.

 

Just like others have mentioned, it is in the owners manual. It is the first thing I did on my Prius.
