LED Accent Lights - what are the top two for?

    Hello Prime community, on my 22' limited I have the LED accent lights, bottom few are white lights, middle four are amber turn signals but then there are two on top that appear to have LED's in them but never turn on (at least that I can see)

    Does anyone have any idea what those are - something that works in a non-US market? Just there for decoration or balance?
