I see there are multiple options avil for each bulb. How does one pick the correct one?

Also on the turn signal bulbs, they give a warning about might need a resister or flasher.
Are any of these needed ?Did the Prius require this?

Has anyone bought anything from this site?
    Results for LED bulbs/accessories

I like the idea of lifetime warranty.

The Prius turn signals require a new flasher or the addition of a special resister to correctly work with LEDs. You should assume that the Lexus will also.

Thanks.I thought that might be the case. Would one swap out flashers?Do I remove OEM one and replace with a new one or am I better off using the resister ?

If the idea is to reduce energy usage, the resistor does nothing. It just brings the wattage back to what it was with the incandescent bulbs. I would use the flasher.
