Hey, the left fog light on my Prius C4, just stopped working out of no where. I've only had the car for about a month now, and it was brand new when I got it. Is there any tips or guidance anyone can give me to fixing it or checking what's wrong? Thanks.

Most likely a bad bulb. Both fogs typically have the same fuse so if the right is still working I would chk the bulb

The right one is still working, how do I check the bulb? do I just pop off black plastic around the fog light?

You would have to loosen the plastic corner piece under the bumper to gain access to the fof light. Not sure if it can be gotten to on the Prii C from under the hood......I know it cant be done on the liftback.

On the left, a kid with a skinny arm can reach down and twist it out. Not so on right. Id probably let the dealer do it under warranty.

Not sure what your question means. The right one will have to be removed after you drop the underpinning on that side or loosen the inner fender so you can get to it. I found that the left one can be taken out from the top if your arm is skinny enough. Mine is too fat to get down past everything. You can shine a flashlight down there and see it from the top.
I just installed the fog lights a couple of weekends ago.
