    It looks like the connector for the inverter pump. Car cannot be driven very far without it. You'd better get it patched up.

    Check the cabin filter behind the glovebox and the engine air filter they think thats a Days Inn. Also pull the rear hatch and take out the spare tire and look in there for rodent activity. While your in the back hatch area get a flashlight and look in the bottom of the 12 battery well. Look for standing water as thats another issue with a G2 Prius.
