I played around with those colors for a day or two, but quickly set it back to the default green because a) it fits better with the green lighting from the speedometer and indicator light cluster and B) it goes with the "green" theme of the car

This was taken after a trip from Seattle (Pier 52) to Olympia, Washington.

EDIT: All, but the last 5min, were freeway driving on I-5. No stop and go.

Interesting to see all the white-balance variations
and bad barrel distortion in those cheezy cameras...

Hey Ray, maybe you *should* dig up and post your driving
guidelines. Stick it in the knowledge-base. One day I'll
formalize my own input on the topic and hang it
    out there someplace too...

I went through all 4 color schemes, I find the default blue the best one. The rest make it look like the display's tint is off.

This is what we saw after we came through Rocky Mountain National Park this morning. Yeah, I know, I need to dust.

Well, I am pretty excited about this tank. With driving like the teenager that I am, my mpg's have been rising with the warmer temps. So I figured why not drive really nice on this tank and try to get 500 miles. So Im very excited about this one, which I should be able to make the 500 mark, probably have to push it alittle on the flashing bar though.

Congrats and good luck Brian!! I think this car is great whether you drive it hard or drive it easy, which is proven by people like you! Let us know how it goes!

Gosh, I thought I was the only person giddy enough to take photos of my MFD. Here's my best tank (at about 1500 miles on my car) and my best half hour of driving (all down hill.) Strangely, that half hour didn't change my mpg hardly at all.

I maxxed out the display! It wasn't all downhill as well!

26km/l =61mpg US. Too much time on the highway, but I'll get it higher.

This look like it could be my best tank yet.

For starters my apologies for these extremely crappy pictures. The first one I took after flossing through Greensboro, trying to maximize battery mode, catching most lights on green, and doing the speed limit (20 mph for a couple of miles), and it shows 76.7 mpg after 8 miles. I was stopped at a red light, saw the screen and thought that I just had to snap a picture with my cameraphone before the light turned green. Before I had a chance to take a second shot the light had changed and I needed to go. Since it was night I didn't get a particularly good exposure.

The second one I took after I returned home to Durham; sitting in my parking space I had a better chance to take several shots to make sure I could at least get a legible one.
