    I know mine was driving. And he checked out the whole vehicle as well as tried to see if he could pin any sort of DUII on me. I had been drinking water, so that went nowhere. I really think it was the $194 bit.

    BUT, wouldn't you think the moving violation would be more than the static. Anyway, hate to give them any more excuse to stop me and look for something like "illegal trunk monkey in hatch."

    Nope no wheel locks came with this little girl! you know I have spent the last three weekends fixing things on her. No one has really loved her...she has just been transportation. The previous owner drove her through yellow street stripping paint. A bunch of it got on the front mud flap. I am still working on getting it all scrapped off

    I ran over that paint once and I scraped for hrs.. It is some tuff paint! I ended up painting over it. H

    One thing I did not try was paint remover that is used for furniture. It may be worth a try? H

    I fixed the four holes with plugs from Ace hardware. Some idiot drilled two of the four half way through before realizing uh that is not where the plate goes. I have not painted them with touch up paint yet. They are just black. But they look so much better than the holes.
