I took off my bumper earlier this week and ended up breaking a lot of the plastic clips while trying to remove them. I also noticed that quite a few of the bolts/screws were missing, mismatched, or rusty. Is there a list of bolt and clip sizes/types and where they go on the car so that I can identify replacement bolts/screws/clips? Can I just replace most/all of them with one size/type?

This might have the most fastener info, presentation isn't that good though.

McGeorge Toyota has a better presentation, worth a look too:

Talk to a dealership parts department too, they might be your best bet.

Plastic fasteners tend to get jammed up with grit. If they haven't been out in a while take your time, pry on both sides. I've found a paint can opener handy for prying up the head:

Always wash them out in hot/soapy water, get the grit out, before reinstalling. And saturate bolts with a light oil.
