I have had very good results getting my work done at Magnussen Toyota in Auburn CA. It's 30 some miles toward Reno from Sacramento. Work was done right and on time with no attempted upsells for unnecessary work. I've been in there for service 5 times so far. They also changed my transmission fluid for a reasonable price at 20k miles with no hassle about it not being required by Toyota other than to tell me once that it's lifetime fluid.

Holman Toyota in Mt. Laurel, NJ gets my vote. No hassle over changing the settings, no hassle over the tp, no hassle over the blocked grill, no hassle over the recall, minimal or no upsell. I just started paying for service & I believe their prices are reasonable.

I can recommend Kirk Toyota in Grenada MS. Reasonable prices, good service. Call ahead for diagnostic work as there is only one Prius Tech and he gets some days off.
