Locating PriusChat members by STATE???

Sorry to trouble with a perhaps mundane question..... As a new member with a growing interest and time involvement in the Prius—and on this site—I wondered if anyone had developed a way to search the Membership d/b by "State"??? i.e. How can I find a list of members in the State of Maine who might perhaps be interested in starting a "group" for an occasional meeting and comparison of notes/questions/advice????
