It's tempting, nice to have a brand new one. I would register on the site, message them, ask about specific shipping time.

If it's clean enough, new or used wouldn't matter for the Cooler.
MM Maybe I'll search the junk yards and buy them up, clean them then sell them here.(y)

+1 for Amayama, great service and fair prices. I got a brand new EGR cooler on Ebay, paid $170 plus $17 shipping and it arrived in Hawaii in 4 days FROM ABU DHABI !! Ask me what I think about all the US Toyota dealers trying to charge $90 for shipping a few parts!

That might be worthwhile. The frustration with a typical used one is it's likely socked in with someone else's carbon. Thoroughly cleaned is value added. Maybe pressure test them too.

If you soak them in just plain water long enough the carbon will soften up.
But by whatever means you clean it, if it is already clean, it would be easier to sell.
I am SOOOOO glad I bought my spare! It was pretty clean and only sooty so pressure washer with
oven cleaner made it look new. I was happy. But original one is worse then the first time though. :(
But I"m not selling mine! :)
