Looking for snow tires. Would 195/70/14 work?

    Hello - please pardon my lack on knowledge of tire sizes. Looking for snow tires and found some used 195/70/14 tires. Would a 70 aspect ratio work on a 2008 Prius? Thanks in advance.

    1) Do you have 14inch rims to mount these tires? if so, in theory, it should fit w/ a 1.3% spedometer variance.
