louder flasher

    sounds like they're the same as ours. all 3 of my pri have been the same. other cars were much louder. i'm not sure what bothers people about loud flashers, they are only on for a few seconds.

    I must agree, I had a BMW 6 series and that was very loud.

    It is possible to drill a series of small holes in the case of the existing flasher (removed from the car and case taken off). I've experimented with this for some people who wanted their flashers louder. Works fine!
    In fact, some OE Denso flashers come with holes in them for this purpose.

    Where I commute to, people just don't use them. That's an option ;-)
