Love my 2013 Prius Two so much I bought a Volt!

    All good info, but lets just say no car can be called a true dream car these days .
    All have issues, some are lemons.
    I'm a bit biased to cars from Japan because of there long great track record.
    Affordable sometimes is key to most drivers. The big buck cars are nice, like the Lexus, Volt and Tesla.
    I think time will tell about the Volt, and I put it in the category of a rich persons car.
    Which comes with high expenses when they break. Sort of like BMW(bring money wth you)

    Ah yes --- the good old days,
    When cars were reliable,
    Safe,
    Speed demons to 60 mph in 10 seconds,
    And barely used a gallon of fuel to travel 13 miles.

    And they call this progress. hmpphh

    You do know the Volt has a $7,500 Fed tax credit right?
    That brings it down to $27k.. same ballpark as a PIP..... hardly a "rich persons" car IMO.
    Now the $7.5k Fed tax credit hardly puts a dent in the Tesla's price...
