    Where your e-power comes from, and the cost, is a very regional thing.

    Of course for a few thousand dollar investment, with lots of tax incentives, you could be making your own electricity on your roof and on a pole in your backyard.

    That way none of your energy purchasing dollars have to go 'over there'.
