And also, next time when you do this, you should use the my-room mode, not the accessory mode. To use the my-room mode, turn the power switch to the on position (not the accessory position) and select yes for the my-room mode. Traction-battery charging will continue and the DC–DC converter will remain on.

ACC mode gives you none of these benefits in my experience. I never use it.

I'm guessing that your talking about "Room-mode"; NOT Accessory mode...:sick::sleep::whistle:
Ya need to be specific, when your talking about all the different modes in these car and some iterations may not have that option.

I was quite clear. I think the problem is at your end.

Give it up, Mendel. If you had a digital tire inflator, you would never go back to that one. I used foot pumps for many years before I got mine last year. LOL

The instructions clearly state to run the car while you use the inflator. You are not supposed to use it in the accessory mode. Fortunately, Gen 5 also has a my-room mode when plugged in.

I have to agree on this one. A have a hugely expensive $40 Ryobi inflator that sits in my car full time. It lets you set the desired pressure so you just set it, pop the hose on the valve stem, and press start. Maybe 30 seconds per tire if you're just topping them off in the winter(including unscrewing/screwing the valve caps). Longer if you're filling from empty, but you can just press start and then sit in the car while it works. That's sure a nice option if it's cold and/or raining.

It's far from the only option on the market, but it's perfect for someone like me that's already got a dozen or more Ryobi tools in the garage and at least half a dozen batteries. I just try and remember to exchange the battery every once in awhile with one of the garage batteries so the car battery doesn't sit at 95% charge forever. I've also got a matching Ryobi impact wrench, so tire changes are a breeze. I even have an adaptor on the scissor jack so I can use the impact wrench to raise and lower it. (haven't had to use it yet, but I'm glad I'm all prepped if I get a flat when it's -20F)

This is the inflator I have:
18V ONE+ HIGH PRESSURE DIGITAL INFLATOR

And I think this is the impact wrench(though I might have a 3/8" one - I don't remember - I think I got it free when I bought some batteries):
    18V ONE+ HP COMPACT BRUSHLESS 4-MODE 1/2" IMPACT WRENCH

I've got a no-name one with all the bells and whistles that plug into the lighter.
Used it several times, when I caught a nail or screw to get me home. Repaired it at home and reinflate. I think it was on-sale for <$30 USD. Used it to inflate a few balls to a specific pressure.

I carry a 12V air pump in my car, but I've never used it.
I just pull up to a tire shop and they check my tires for free.
