My 2014 Prius has the Ecopia EP 20 tires and they are a excellent tire in all conditions. I would look at Energy Saver, maybe for my next set, but I am extremely happy with the EP 20's. Hal

Iamjo20 has second gen, level 5 Prius. Not sure what tire it has, but suspect it's not 195/65R15, the ONLY size Ecopia EP20 comes in. Ecopia EP422 comes in a plethora of sizes though. EP20 are good for rolling resistance, speaking from personal experience. Ecopia EP422 I've heard are good, don't know for sure. I think reviews on the 422 are kinda mixed.

It is a 185/65R15--as were the original Goodyear Integrity tires.......so the EP 20 will not work...........

what about Goodyear Assurance Fuel Max, passenger all season?

I will probably only have this vehicle for another year at most (waiting for info on 2016 Prius)--BUT want the BEST fuel efficiency possible--and I HAVE to get rid of the new Goodrich tires--hopefully--the MPG has dropped at least 10 MPG--not acceptable!

I bought a used Gen3 and they dealership put brand new Goodyear Integrity tires on it, UGH. Are the regular Integrity tires known for being mega-inefficient as far as LRR goes? Or should I just use them until they need replacement, and THEN go with a LRR tire?

I would get the Energy Save A/S in a heartbeat, if they came in 215/45R17. :(

For what its worth; I have 195/65-15 Yokohama AVID Ascend tires on my 2010 Prius 11. I have about 5,000 miles in them. Last two days its been raining constantly. I can not make these tires lose traction on our wet roads. Last night we got 1/2 inch of sleet and freezing rain so I took it out to see how it did in those conditions. Had no trouble at all and was going the speed limit most of the time. No problem stoping or starting at all. The first 55 years of my life I lived in Erie, Pa so I'm used to driving in extreme conditions. These tires are quiet, Good ride, And handle very well. They are rated for 51 psi but I run 40/38. Take this with a grain of salt because I am the one that also thinks my Prius handles extremely well at highway speeds 75-80 and in the wind. Very stable.

Only problem with Energy Savers is they last for many miles! If they get noise with age then your stuck with them for a long time. Anyway good luck with them. Hal
