"Maintenance Req." cool, but what does this part mean?

    Looking at the manual, when this pops up on my screen I should check the fluids, the filters, tires.. blah blah blah. Normal tune up type stuff. No biggie. But when I can't figure out what this stuff means when I get to the diagnostic page by holding down the 'setup' button and flashing my headlights 3x...

    can anyone help me out here?
