Map Light Wiring Diagram

    Hello,

    I am looking to hardwire some devices and I found a power connecting the map/dome lights. Doing research the plug seems to be the J33 plug, does anybody have a diagram on which wires are hot with ign on and the ground wires?

    Can only help with the 2010 Model at present, but this may get you in the ball park.

    2 - MICROPHONE -> SNS2
    3 - MICROPHONE -> MCO-
    4 - MICROPHONE -> MCO+
    5 - MICROPHONE -> MACC
    6 - BLANK
    7 - BLANK
    8 - GEARSHIFT ILLUMINATION +
    9 - SWITCH ILLUMINATION +
    10 - BLANK
    11 - DOOR SIGNAL FROM BODY ECU (ACTIVE LOW)
    12 - DOOR -> REAR DOME LIGHT
    13 - SAFETY CONNECT GREEN LIGHT +12V
    14 - SAFETY CONNECT RED LIGHT +12V
    15 - SAFETY CONNECT SOS BUTTON +
    16 - SAFETY CONNECT SOS BUTTON -
    17 - ON -> REAR DOME LIGHT (GROUND)
    18 - BLANK
    19 - COMMON -> REAR DOME LIGHT (+12V)
    20 - UNSWITCHED +12V

    I wired my dashcam from that connector. But I do not remember the pins

    Just try to find the largest one for ign
    Ground I think its white

    here's what it looks like without any of the extra features

    no ign, only constant 12v and gnd... no good for dash cam
