Maps for 2018 Prius 3

The maps in my car are quite outdated. I want to update them. I have a few questions about them.

1. When was the last time Toyota brought out new maps? Year and Month please, if possible
2. Is it something like a card or disc that needs to be physically bought or is it something can be done by connecting my car to Toyota systems and updating?
3. If it is a physical part, how long does it take to get it after ordering?
4. My dealer says it costs around $180? Does it pass smell test?
5. Does the price vary depending on from whom i buy?
