Page 32~35 of the attachment? @ChapmanF will hopefully have a look and confirm.

    Getting some new codes

u0142 lost communication with body control module b

u0155 lost communication with instrument panel cluster pic control module

c1311 open circuit in main relay 1

I’m thinking this is when I was tinkering with fuses earlier.

Thanks. I found the bolt on Page 51 on the floor mat. It might have to do with the brake lights staying on. Also, see the stop light switch is not engaged with the pedal like @ChapmanF asked initially.

I did not do any of the pedal adjustment info show so this is of great importance and help. .

This video looks like it explains it. Thank you @abubin

While there are instructions there for the pedal height adjustment, I would say one thing:

If the master cylinder has just been replaced, and the pedal height was adjusted ok before, and it now seems to need any adjustment, the very first thing I would do is check that the new master cylinder got installed all the way flat down to the firewall, with the gasket present (and not doubled up with the old gasket or anything), and so on.

First double-check all of that. Only then, if the pedal height still seems to be off, proceed to the adjustment as shown.

C1451 is no more. Thinkdiag will bleed the prius abs properly if using a SAMSUNG not an IPHONE.

I don’t have pdf of Prius v Repair Manual; I don’t believe there is an “official” version, and I haven’t found one. Post #21 attachment may be sufficient; it’s for gen 3 hatchback. Taking out a short term Toyota Tech Info subscription would be best to ensure you have correct and up-to-date.
