Master warning light just after stopping the engine

    I have a 3rd gen prius and when I turned off the engine the master warning light illuminates with a beep sound and after a couple of seconds all goes off. This happens not in every time but happens randomly. What would be the problem? Your assistance would be highly appreciated... Thank you.

    P.S: all the doors were closed and the car was in the parking gear.

    Thanks. I changed the battery on the smart key and did not see the issue today morning.
    I will continue monitoring and if I see it issue again, will get the car checked in a Toyota repairs shop.
