But has anyone checked into Campion's "Family Radio" website recently to see if they have anything interesting posted? Sadly, it is another one of the websites blocked (at random) in China.

The shortwave program is sometimes audible here, and I do admit to tuning in for amusement. To me his most disturbing 'truth' is that a few years ago, all Christian were taken over by the devil. And nobody noticed. I cannot force myself to imagine that.

Anyway if his broadcasts continue after The Big 21, they must substantially revise content.

That catholics, christians, protestants, baptists, muslims, the whole lot do not practice what they are to believe. Surely if something knows all and is all, then it would be illogical to cherry pick what you chose to follow and what you don't choose to follow. If you don't follow <whatever book> then you aren't <whatever faith>. You just believe in parts of a fairy tail.

And I am surprised nobody has used this smiley yet. It is named "rapture"!

...so from the above post one might say there are no real lawyers or doctors if they stray a little bit (but not enough to get disbarred) from their code of ethics?

That's seems to be the argument.

 

Logical fallacy.

Doctors and lawyers do not gain their knowledge from a book handed down by an all knowing supreme being.

Do you really think anyone is going to change their beliefs from a thread like this one?

I'm glad for the past few months nobody has tried that and PriusChat has been better for it.

Anyway, prior to a few months ago, a few would assert the other side's view had no sense, there would be a heated argument and all that was accomplished was frustration....anyone at PriusChat the past five years or so would know that as those flame wars were all too frequent.

 

Since there is almost no true Christians, almost no one would be going in a rapture, so you might as well get used to being here.

 

Will there be PriusChat in Heaven? I'm thinking not since Prius will be perfect and no one will have need to seek advice. That being said, bring on May 21 and/or the Rapture.

Ah now we are getting somewhere... perhaps a good many that claim they are "religious" have only partially read or have never read their respective holy book? Or perhaps they have read their book but with a harden heart and can not understand what they are reading at all and it just sounds like a bunch of fairytale. I would submit this is very true.

 

Will the EMF in my Prius cause any problems on this day?

 

I'm an agnostic, and I did pretty well on that quiz. If I had actually answered as an agnostic, however, I would have chosen "don't know" to all of the questions and gotten them all wrong.

 

I wouldn't get too worked up about this. Those 5-day forecasts are notoriously inaccurate.

 

Was that a weather prophesy I saw?
