    Since upgrade, I have not received e-mails when replies to posts have been made. (If that makes sense.)

    In User CP, I have verified and even reset my original selection for:

    Has a change been made for this?

    No, no changes have been made to the subscriptions. The emails are coming from a different server and ip address, but that's the only change.
