    and yet, their hybrid formula 1 hybrid is kicking the competitions arss . . . .

    If they're not coming in 2nd - they're generally coming in 1st. That amounts to a whole lot of points on the circuit.

    Mercedes? they have them they don't sell.
    Hell they don't even sell that well for toyota outside of japan.

    Tesla model S has outsold the mercedes S class in europe so far this year.
    Mercedes knows the future is electrification, and that doesn't mean non plug-in hybrids will cut it for luxury cars.

    That's nice. According to Korea Times, Samsung has decided to exit the Fuel Cell market and sell all of their equipment. Part of their "group-wide strategy to drop unprofitable businesses". I guess they'll have to get their fuel cells from somewhere else.

    Samsung is a manufacturer of fuel cells. One of their myriad number of business.

    I thought that was a little weird because I thought S. Korea was a hotbed of fuel cell activity.

    Well Samsung is a rather large manufacturer and they have the capability to reduce costs through mass production and pass those lower costs to their customers. This is bigger than it appears on the surface, particularly for the fuel cell industry as a whole.

    Yeah another Korean company called Kolon Industries. They are in talks but nothing has been done yet. Oops. Misunderstood your question. Samsung claims the big buyers of their batteries for cars are European. I would assume the same market existed for their fuel cells. But its just a guess.

    Good! More and more firms are finally admitting the ugly truth, even with all the cronyism and graft in play.

    The two sides of the coin . . . . ok . . . . if bigger makes hydrogen choice 'right' . . . .

    there's more than one way to skin a cat for those who'd rather charge at 240v instead of 120v;

    110-120 and 220-240 Voltage Converters & Accessories

    Many a DIY'er have built their own 240 volt re-assembler. But if someone doesn't feel capable, yes, you can buy this bad boy right off the shelf. All you need to do is find 2 opposing 120v receptacle/legs & voilà ... you have 240v once again.

    Hyundai is also hedging their bets with plug ins.
