    • 2.4 litre Atkinson cycle engine replacing the current 2.0 litre Otto cycle engine
    • 10% boost to generator/motor output and battery capacity output
    • +15% battery capacity
    • Sport and Snow drive modes join normal and 4WD LOCK

    Ditto. The current model's mpg is quite poor given its engine size (but it does have to move quite a bit of weight). If the 2.4 litre is more modern, it will help increase the mpg (along with the Atkinson cycle)

    I have driven the original 5h and was truly impressed even by that. Would have got one except my scheme only allowed the 4h, so I didn't follow up. Even now, part of me wishes I had...
    .. then I look at my Prius again. :love:
