    First one outside of Tesla property;

    Wishing it was me that spotted it - but i saw it on another forum. This was off the 101 - central coast area. L.A. AUTO show is next weekend - if i hear one's there i hope to be all over it

    Ok! The OP says pic's - so someone else - get busy!

    .

    Nobody yet?
    Here's a drive by in San Fran -

    Can't help but notice the PV on their roof. With a 72 amp onboard charger, he better darn well have a whole lot of panels. That'd actually take a honking 17kW AC rated system !!

    And ... Here's someone undoubtedly NOT needing a charge while watching a movie - maybe?

    [IMG]

    and NOT pictured were 2 metalic red ones a few miles down the road from me in the Coast Mesa Tesla shop, being prepped for delivery !!! The VIN's were in the 600's ... looks like the delivery dam is getting ready to bust !!

    If I see some side by side comparisons - sure ... I'll try to post them. So maybe the next time I get down to the Tesla store - they may have a couple paired by e/other. In the mean time - just today ...driving home and what should I spy as they were overtaking me and my slow poke-ness . . . a car-carrier truck - chocked full 'o X's ~
    Really? WOW !!

    YEA! .... no mistaking those turbine wheels. No mistaking those adjustable spoilers. Looks like a half dozen or more buyers are going to be very happy real soon - after someone peels all that plastic protectant of the painted surface.
    [EDIT]
    sorry for the delay posting the photo . . . . . technical difficulties

    Next to the obvious height difference, the side view mirrors are more forward - as the X's cab is more forward / S's hood is longer.

    Seat config's;

    [IMG]
    In the seven seat configuration, the middle row moves & tilts all the way forward. Recent over-the-air software updates enabled Heating - AC in the back row even when the middle (& front) row is empty, per several owner requests. Seems people were leaving their pets and/or kids in the back only to find out that the back row climate control would shut down if not occupied in either 1st & 2nd row. Not anymore.

    Today coming home from work was like a Matrix deja vu -
    Within 5 minutes southbound on the 5fwy were two X's - each going to different locations - on onto newport fwy & the other off into Tustin. And both were black. One had plates & one just had the paper advertisement.

    I know some of the 70D's have been delivered but these were both P90D's - big money. You know they're getting to be more numerous when you see 'em that often
    ;)
