Whatever's readily available in your area, and meets the specifications? Most any modern oil would, I think.

I'm using Toyota 0W20, cheap for me.

Any 0w20 in Israel is very rear, and if u find it is very expensive, now i also use 0w20 idemitsu, ordered from ebay, really good oil, but because of high mileage I thought put 5w40 or 0w40 with molygen.
    Thanks

Maybe in your area 5W30 would be better? That was 2nd gen spec, up to 2009 model year.

That said, we are watching a series based in Ankara, and they have a fair bit of snow in winter. Due to being more inland?

official toyota dealer recomends 5w30, but 0w20 could also good for low mileage prius, I checked on my prius 0w20 on winter period, I did 10k miles on and cant say anything negative.
