    I know it's just me, but when I see silver I just say eh, silver. I can't beleive so many people pay big money for a Mercedes, at least here in the city, and half of them are a dull muted silver.

    I think the reason they get them and they sell well here in the city though is people don't want to spend time making any other colors shine :D

    Well, the VW car I saw yesterday in the parking garage at work, which was that pearlized silver, was so cool that it made me stop and look! At first I couldn't tell if it was silver or a cream color. It has such depth to the color and it is indeed silver, but not that flat/dull silver that Toyota has. The Toyota pearl white (Blizzard Pearl) is just too white. I really want a more silvery color. :(

    I've seen a lot of nice silvers in other cars, such as Porsche, Mini Cooper, BMW, etc. The Toyota classic silver is so very plain.

    Are you serious, pulling our legs or just haven't read the other threads yet? I only ask because it has been a little bit of a hot topic lately and there are a few threads about it...

    Signal mirrors are not available in the US they are a Japanese and European thing.
