    Hi PriusChat
My name is Tom, wife's name Tami, and this is my first posting here. Our 2007 Green (green) machine has been running pretty well since picking it up at about 85000 miles. It has 178000 miles now.
We have had all routine maintenance done, it's on its 2nd Greentec Core Battery set, and we just had the catalytic converter replaced. We are hoping to get a some more miles on it, longer term owners.
Issue here: We have just started having multi-code issues, each listed below. The Red "Triangle of Death" has appeared 2 times. First time back in September 2021 for a brief time, just a flash. Yesterday, it was on all day. Today it was on in route to a store, did not come back on in route to the Toyota dealer (to problem "solve")?
    Here are the Codes:
    Code: P1116
    Code: U0111
    Code: U0100
    Code: U0420
Does anyone have any idea of what may be going on here? Any suggestions?
Thanks for any and all feedback in advance
    Tom G

You probably just need a new 12v battery or a good charge if it's not that old. 12v batteries usually lasts 5 to 7 years in the Prius

Code: P1116: Coolant Temperature Sensor Circuit Stack for Coolant Heat Storage
Code: U0111: Lost Communication with Battery Energy Control Module "A"
Code: U0100: Lost Communication with ECM / PCM "A"
Code: U0420: No such Prius code. Maybe it is a typo and you meant P0420: Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)?

The "U" codes might be caused by your reader or might really be CAN communication problems.

The other two codes are not that unusual and can be repaired quite easily.
