I was driving my Prime Advanced yesterday - highway speeds, normal mode, using navigation and radio when I noticed the map was not refreshing. I touched the screen - nothing. I touched all of the hard buttons (volume, audio, temp, etc) nothing. I tried the volume buttons and the audio buttons on the steering wheel - nothing. I pulled over and powered off the car. The display stayed in the navigation mode for 10 seconds before going directly to black. I then started up the car and everything was back to normal. Drove an additional 300 miles with no issues. I will talk to the dealer to see what's up but I doubt it threw a error code. Anyone else see this issue?

What was connected to it... an older phone?

    What OS... iPhone or Android?

How was it connected... Bluetooth or USB?

Did you have any flash memory attached?

Connected to Samsung S7 Edge via bluetooth. No other devices attached.
I did talk to tech at dealer and he too is leaning torward phone "bobulation" (great word!). He suggested if it happens again to power off phone to see if the display unlocks on its own accord.

The manual says if the 11" screen gets wonky, hold the audio button to reset the screen.

It happened to my Premium once. I connected to my iPhone 6. After I stopped and started my car it went normal.
