Multifunction Display fuses, 2013 Gen 3

Hello,

On a 2013, Gen 3, the MFD, radio, back-up camera and associated phone charger went dead after a 12-volt battery change. I am pretty sure the MFD works and it is a power supply problem. I had this problem before after a jump start and I think I removed and re-rest #16 (under the hood fuse box) and the display came back on.2 questions:

1. What fuses under the hood and under dash "control" the MFD? None of the fuse box diagrams specifically say "display" or "MFD"

2. Under the hood fuse box, there is one fuse that doesn't look like the others, position "16 SHORT PIN - "ECU-B", "RAD NO.1", "DOME" fuses" why is it different, and what is the replacement fuse rating or type?
