Multifunction Display inop; speedometer, cruise control not working.

    Just went out today.

    Can’t see speed, ready light, cruise control does not work. MPG not shown on LCD display. No fuel guage. Radio works as well as air conditioning.

    Car powers on just fine by pressing the power button as usual.

    2008 with 191k miles in South Alabama.

    Could it be a fuse?

    EDIT: Couldn't turn the car off, so I held the power button, and all of a sudden everything started working again. Weird.

    You have a bad combination meter. I can't remember the warranty coverage on the 2008 model, but most likely you're out of warranty.

    Next time that happens and you need a temporary fix, disconnect the 12v for a minute and reconnect. That usually brings it back. But this is just a temporary solution and you really get that combination meter replaced.
