    Also heavier than stock tires, which shifts the weight outward from the center of the wheel, which affects acceleration, and deceleration (braking).

    Car still accelerates the same, if not better. braking has improved.

    What brand of wheels are they and how much does each weight with/without tire? Did you get a chance to weight the stock wheel? Thanks

    The wheels appear to be Enkei RPF1, which is a very light and strong wheel.

    I think the confusion is that in the picture the new wheel doesn't look like it has a tire mounted...
    BUT, it's a 17x9 rim with a 215 tire so basically the tire is hidden because it is so much narrower than the rim...
    It's there, you just can't see it from the angle shown.

    It would be interesting to see what brand tires were used here...
    I just checked TireRack and the Michelin Premier A/S tires will only fit 7-8" rims. Same with the Pirelli. Same with the Bridgestone Potenza
