    IMG_1362.jpeg hi all
I just checked the Toyota app, the charge data shows my 21 Prime gets charged 4.2kwh from empty.
Althought it is emply it show the battery starts from 33%.
As I understanding the fully charge should be around 6kwh with 2kwh reserve???

Your battery NEVER gets really "empty".
Others who know more about the Prime can explain further.

Considering how trash the app has always been I really don't think level 2 charging is so inefficient that it loses 2kwh of electricity.

screenshots from the same recharge at a EV Connect station in March:

I don't know what the ECU is telling the app but it's definitely not counting things quite right. It also doesn't show my schedule or have a way to change my home setup from 'public' in the app. I definitely seemt to use 6kwh every night according to my power bill. The time it took to reach full charge was off my 8min and it's starting state of charge is off. I was definitely out of EV range. On my home charger it always says it has added 4.41kwh whether I parked with 0 miles or 2miles left of range

If the Prime really only used 4kwh for EV mode and I still got 30+ miles on a charge it would be one of the most efficient vehicles on the road.
