I'm not sure why my 2011 Prius stopped unlocking when I reach for the handle. Does anyone know how to remedy this? I have tried pressing the two key fob buttons at the same time and that didn't work. If you can help here I appreciate it.

    Try changing the FOB battery.

    Both good suggestions.
But why would you try pushing "both" buttons on the FOB ?
That is exactly the wrong thing to do.

One is lock and one is unlock.
Does either button work for it's assigned function ?
If not the battery in the FOB might be dead.

Do you have a second FOB ?
    Does it work ??
