Surely there's got to be some way of hooking up and external speaker with an mp3 of an 18 wheeler. Everybody needs a little excitement in their lives ;)

Coastal should work on an automatic set of calipers that deploy when in stealth mode to cause baseball cards to be pressed against the wheels at the open spots to cause a noise while moving.

The speed of the 'tick' noise will allow the pedestrian to judge how fast you are coming...

actually, the 18 wheeler thing is easy. there are plenty of hand-heald air horns that folks use at football games...

i like the jaws thing better. let's see. a small flash mp3 player... a self powered (battery) speaker under the front bumper... and a wire connecting the two.

Yeah, but in Jaws the shark eventually bites someone in the nice person. What will the Prius do? ;)

Don't believe it! In 6 or 7 years Toyota will come out with an even better Prius. (Assuming they continue to use the Prius name for their most advanced-technology car.)

But for the present this is the coolest car in the universe and well worth waiting for.

    well ya!!

obviously things will get better. they always have.

people drive the market. as hard as Bush tried to control the public's auto buying habits, it looks like even he couldn't derail the hybrid express...

but he tried hard. For the 2003 tax returns any business owner who buys a new or used vehicle that weighs at least 6,000 lbs (Hummers and all the big SUV's qualify) they qualify for up to a $100,000 tax credit!!

This ruling caused a 100% rise in the sale of Hummers at this one dealership in CA for the month of Dec.

at the same time, Bush reduced the tax credit for the Prius from 2000 to 1500. Its obvious where he loyalties lie.

That reminds me of an ad I have. I'll throw it on the company's website (still have the password) but can't guarantee it will be up there for more than a week or two.

Of course it is a Ford:

And for those that are not of the faint of heart. ... I'd advise not seeing it given our connection to our pets we all seem to have. But if it makes you feel better...it is fake.
