My prius gen 2 won’t start

Hey Friends,

I'm going on a long trip and I need my car, but my car is not working right now. please help me with this guys.

While driving the car two days ago, the car started beeping and stalled (neutral). After that, when I stopped the car, I could not start my car again. I had my vehicle's 12 v battery checked, but there is no problem with the current battery.

I have the same problem as in the video I shared below, I searched a lot on the internet but couldn't find it. What do you think is the problem? This happened after driving about five miles after I had the brake pads changed.
