Looks good Robert, digging everything u did, let me know if u ever part anything out..haha for sure one of my favorite on these forums. thanks for sharing....makes me motivated to get started.

Do you mind if I ask how much the air suspension cost? I want a set of coil-overs but it seems like if you don't live in Japan they are hard to find and will cost you tons.....Same goes with every body-kit that I like.... which is good because there's no replica stuff for our ride... but it seems like it would cost more to mod my prius than my previous e46 m3.

Very nice Prius. I was looking into the JP lip kit or the Tommy Kaira. Where did you get the JP and is that the airrunner suspension or from a local bag shop?

Ok, my turn. I'm going to ask where and how much was it to paint and install the body kit. I'm looking at doing fiveaxis as they are local here in So. Cal as I'm sure you know. Not to mention it still looks good and isn't going to cost me over $4k like the Kenstyle kit would. Wish I could do it, but would need a sponsor. Too much dough for me, but great looking kit. Has switching to the 18's with your suspension setup really helped or do you think it's more the air suspension setup that you pieced together? I'd really like to do 19's, but if it's really that bad, then 18's will probably have to do. So. Cal roads suck for lowered cars. Orange County isn't quite as bad, but still.... Thanks in advance.

shawnb2, I painted my kits cost me like 400 and install ourself, JP kits fits pretty well so only took us 45 mins

19" are not bad for stock suspension but I didnt lower it, change to 18" help a little but by lower the pressure of the bags helps a lot, will see after I upgrade my shocks to TEIN's SS

Today I got call from TEIN here is what I got :)

I like those wheels. I have the gun metal sitting in my office waiting to be put on, it looks like you have the same wheels. Good choice.
Just waiting for my springs to come so that I can do everything at once.

Love all the car's you posted so far, the BMW, VW and of course the Prius.
Way to go. I hope when I finish up my car in a few months it turns out as well as yours have.

The matte black looks good..... not something I really care for, but it came out clean looking. If you did the entire car, I think that would make it the first matte GIII Prius out there.

Car looks good, except the only thing killing it IMO are the amber reflectors in the headlights. I wish there was an easy way we could get some JDM/Euro headlights for our cars. Well, I'm sure somebody like Sigma can get them but at the cost of an arm & a leg.

agree with you SDM44 I hate those amber reflectors, already ask friend in japan to help me get JDM LED lights(OEM) but it will cost me around $800 per so still dont know what to do

    Robert,

THE sickest Prius in CA perhaps in US!!!

BTW, did any mods such as coil over, 18" or 19" affects any MPG?

p.s. If I did what you did to my Prius, I need to get another Prius to drive daily ;)

Why did you get that color? Did you have no choice or you've developed a dislike for it over time?
