My scanner presented a bunch of alerts when I plugged in it
They were Emmision related as follows. CAT, O2S ,HTR, EGR
Does this mean I won't pass my next smog test?

Didn't you already post this elsewhere? Regardless, what kind of scanner are you using? Many scanners are not programmed with Prius specific error codes and subscodes and people end up repairing things that are not broken because of this.

In the meantime while you make sure you have good scanner software/firmware, clear all those codes and see how quickly they come back. Many vehicles will have irrelevant/old outdated error codes if it's been many years since a scanner was last hooked up.

Do you remember if your scanner showed trouble codes? (These are five-character things that always start with a letter P, C, B, or U, and end with a 0 through 9 or A through F.) Or did it just tell you that certain emission monitors were not complete yet?

If there were trouble codes you should tell us; they give useful information. Generally you won't pass the test if you have them.

If you have incomplete emission monitors, that just means you haven't driven enough for all of them to complete yet. The inspector won't pass you in that case, or fail you either; they'll just send you away to come back once all the monitors have run.

There is a kind of strategic decision involved here, because any time you clear any codes (or even do a "code clear" whether there even are codes or not), that resets all the emission monitors back to incomplete. Then you will not be getting an inspection pass until you have done enough driving for all the emission monitors to complete again. If you're only waiting for four of them to complete now, resetting them all would be a step back.

He’s got hook ups with priuschat admins, they don’t merge his posts.
