Navigation Audio volume 2005

    Press : Menu +volume 1-7 adaptive Volume control
    Is there another place you can turn off the guidance voice???

    My mom and I both have 2005 Prius
    Recently she claimed her voice on her NAV system was driving her crazy and my brother did something and now there is no voice at all ever.
    So I checked and though mine works as I expect yours does. Hers has become mute radio works.
    My brother doesn’t recall fixing it.
