    (Asking for someone else)
    We have a Prius+ 2013 model.
    It's imported.

    Someone knocked out the part when the car was parked

    We can't find anywhere where they sell. It's just a bit of plastic.
    It's painted. But I would just settle with a black non painted version.

    See below for pics of what I need.

    The first pic shows one side where the part is missing. The second pic shows the other side.

    Any pointers would be great.
    Thanks.

    Junkyard would be your best bet. They’ll want to charge at least $15-25 in my experience. Just call in and ask if they have a 2010-2015.

    Mirrors are hard to find. I was looking one for a different car, every single one I could find, has its mirrors already taken off the wreck.

    @ivfx thanks for the reply
    junk yard - been there tried that
    no luck

    i'm in the UK

    if i knew what the part number was called - or SOMETHING!
    i could then look up

    the problem seems to be that the car is an import.
    no one has parts for it. :(

    It's an import to you or is something even more special? Meaning if I would find a mirror for a 2013 Prius here in the USA, would that not help? I enjoy finding things like this, be it after market or Toyota, I show pics to the parts guy at the Toyota dealership near my work, find the part number and find it on Amazon. There's also a big aftermarket place called Certifit, near me as well, I have used them on serval occasions. I would start with verifying a vin number and going from there. I go right to Toyota Customer Service. I'm not sure what your situation in the UK is but I would be happy to help. Maybe message me the VIN # or start a private conversation to see where I can help. Like I said I really enjoy things like this.

    @The Phoenix
    Thanks for the reply.
    I'll get the VIN and give Toyota a call and see if we have any joy.
    If no luck, I'll post back here.
    (For this question, I'm asking for someone else. As far as I know, they've been to scrap yards and other places, no joy. I doubt they have called Toyota though, so I'll do that for them.)

    Well Im like a dog with a bone, so I did a little research about the Prius Plus and than I just was looking for mirrors that looked like the one on the Prius plus. I only found one that looked anything like it, although since you fun brits like to drive on the other side of the road the mirror this person needs might have that weird type of mirror in it. Also I think and definitely not sure that the small piece that is damaged it part of the mirror assembly and wouldn't be able to be replaced separately. Here are my findings and I'm very aware it's referenced as 2015 Prius. Part #87910-47500.

    Hope that helps and that Prius plus sounds and looks great, except for where the stearing wheel is :)

    Guys
    Thanks for the replies.
    I called Toyota.
    They said the part I need, which I guessed must be the 'collar' can't be bought on its own.

    You have to buy the WHOLE wing mirror.
    They quoted a price of £334 - without the back cover.
    The back cover costing £51 extra.
    OMG.

    Options?
    Should I go back to searching scrap yards?

    It's JUST a piece of plastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    that's what I thought, get a toyota part # and I'm sure some more cost effective alternative can be found. Junkyards are the place to look in the mean time.
