I don't recall the price but I think Sam's Club has a great buy with rebate now on the Goodyears (Assurance Fuel Max I think) that came on my new Prius. Don't know how quickly you need the tires, but Sam's has special days periodically when you can get in on a trial without a membership. Also, both Sam's and Costco are good for prices that are all inclusive. If you comparison shop for tires make sure you get a total price including disposal fees, installation, balancing and any repair warranty. So you can compare "apples to apples". I believe Sam's and Costco also include free rotation for life of the tires.

I have the Kumho EcoWing KH30. It's a great tire at a low price.
I like em better than the BadYears that came on my Prius C.

They have center grooves for excellent rain water dispersion. I think they're a 65K mile rated tire.
