That's part of the grill isn't it It inserts into the front bumper cover like on a Gen 3 persona or something like that personally don't have a Gen 4 but that looks like the black part that goes against the colored part of your front bumper cover which could be most of your front end on that car and you should be able to look on Toyota.com under your year and model and see a breakdown of the front of the car perfectly with a number pointing to each and every piece down to each and every nut and bolt and clip and fastener I guarantee you that Toyota I don't know what they'll call it grill insert maybe

Give responders a break: is that the front or rear corner, lol?

Enter your vehicle stats at parts.toyota, McGeorge Toyota Parts, Amayam and so on, and you should be able to find it. Or, if you're near a dealership, drive down, show it to the parts guy.

I believe the part indicated in your photo is neither original equipment nor an accessory sold in the U.S. by Toyota. The front bumper cover and its accoutrements are shown in catalog Figure 52-01, Front Bumper & Bumper Stay, but the illustrations there and in the sales brochure (PDF) don’t show a part like the one on your car.

Yes step back from the car a little more and do this again and you might have something to see You can circle it with red if that becomes a thing but I think everybody will see it better just 4 ft back with the camera when you can get a better idea of what part of the car you're looking at these things that are sticking out and what have you but almost looks like some added on piece of trim down there on the very front corner of the car kind of like a what do they call those a duckbill spoiler would start to go The thing the kids put on the cars which I wouldn't expect that to be on a 17 but you never know.
