    Do a search on Chinese HUs here - or just scroll back a few pages...

    {IMHO}

    Audio: the Pioneer is better (far better? it's more subjective - the Chinese stuff do very very poorly for EQ - as an example, the Pioneer allows you to simply change the dynamics - the Chinese stuff has little control).

    Common general audio knowledge shows most things designed in China use a cheaper component - pick up a 'flagship' audio product, and its cheap alternative - components do make a difference. Not that they use anything cheap - just a general observation.

    For GPS, i'd lean towards CHina

    Majors support voice recognition.
    China allows anything on the internet (Tom Tom, Garmin, iGo, Route66 to name a few) - just mod your SD card (need good Windows knowledge), and you are off. I really liked things like a programmable "over speed" alert. Going 10 MPH over a loud annoying chick (voice I had chosen) would nag me...

    China looks more OEM.

    CHina will likely have little bugs - seamless GPS voice - over radio - over Bluetooth call was not so (seamless that is)...
