Long overdue - replaced driver rear hub this weekend.
Some back story, I believe the hub was torched due a severe brake drag (I replaced caliper a month or so ago).
    Anyway....
A 2 hour (max) hub replacement job took all weekend due to hub being fused to knuckle (car is from Midwest....in Colorado now).
Finally, some Mapp heat to the sweet spot today, slide hammer, and boom! Old hub is off!
15 minutes later I'm torquing down the last lug nut, and cracking a celebratory Colorado IPA.

    CHEERS!

Mechanics at home can be a hobby.

Seems like you had all the right tools.
All weekend implied you had beer tools too so don't blame the car's fused hub...haha.

Congratulations on a job well done.
