New tires + alignment with a regular mechanic

Hi

Just got the Nokian WRG 2 tires for my Prius 2010. I would like to have them installed and also do wheel alignment at the same time. The dealer is a bit far, more expensive and inconvenient. A few regular repair shops in my neighborhood have done oil change and tire rotation for me before. My question is if you think it's particularly complicated to do the work I need by a non Toyota person since the Prius has the tire sensors and such?
