    With a screen name like yours you MUST post an avatar with your photo. It's just not fair to make us all wonder what someone with a name like "sugar face" looks like!

    The replies you have here are good. But the real answer for 'how to respond' is to continue to educate yourself. Prius is a complicated and fascinating car with technology that will change the ways cars are built forever. Most people who question them know very little or believe the negative press they've read without fact-checking.
