Newbie SIRIUS radio antenna question

    Do you need a separate antenna for Sirius radio hookup (other than what comes with the Sirius kit), or does package 3 already come satellite ready with an antenna? I have been told different things by different dealerships and am tired of being confused and mislead. Any help you could provide me with would be greatly appreciated! :)

    The Sat Radio is an extra option that is added after production. I installed the XM radio myself and the antenna is a seperate item that is added. I took the advice of others and put the antenna on top of the car by the existing antenna. The XM kit has directions to place it on the Dash. The receiver does plug directly into the existing system. Maybe that is what the the dealer takes as SAT radio ready.
